Recently I took a Buick over there and had the break's checked out the mechanic could not find anything wrong and assured me that they were within tolerance so far no more problems

I contacted the service department and talked to Sarah. When I arrived, she had a technician start working on my truck immediately. There was coffee and refreshments in the waiting area. Sarah kept me informed of their progress. My truck was repaired in a short time. Overall, a great experience.
